We have many more things that are at the brick and mortar shop than online. If you see something on Instagram or Facebook that you can't find online, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we can help you place an order.
We do everything we can to make sure inventory is accurate, but once in awhile there can be an error and we will contact you by email if something is out of stock.
Orders ship within 1-3 business days. If you need the order rushed, let us know and we will do our best to expedite your order. Orders up to 13 ounces are shipped via USPS First Class with tracking. Orders over 13 ounces are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking.

California and Los Angeles County sales taxes will be applied to orders sent to applicable addresses.

It is the receiver’s responsibility to pay all taxes, custom charges and duty fees. If items are refused at the time of delivery you will still be charged for our shipping, custom and return shipping charges.
returns + exchanges
We want you to be happy with your order. We accept returns for online orders.
You must request authorization to return item(s).
Please email us at email@example.com.
Please include a copy of your invoice and the reason for the return or exchange.
Refunds and exchanges will not be granted on products that come back used or damaged. Note that your return shipping charges will be reimbursed if the item is being returned as a result of our error.
For online orders only, we will gladly issue a refund if you return the item(s) in their original condition within 21 days of purchase. Once we receive the returned item, you will receive credit on your credit card in the amount that you paid (minus shipping).
We cannot guarantee exchanges on orders placed online due to availability. If you would like to order a different item, we suggest placing a new order and returning your original order.
All in-store purchases are exchange only. Exchanges on unused products can be made within 21 days of purchase at the shop.
We think privacy is very important. We never share or sell your personal information with any other companies. If you choose to be on our mailing list, we promise it will be used for nothing more than keeping you updated with any news and sales going on at Kumquat.
